The return process was easy, easy to get through, and my refund showed up way quicker than I expected. Really happy with how smooth it all was

I really wanted to love this, especially because it smells so nice, but I was disappointed with the hold. My hair looked good at first, then completely fell flat after a couple of hours. Such a bummer, because I had high hopes, but it just didn’t give my hair the lasting hold I needed

I started using the R+Co shampoo after getting my hair colored, and so far I’m happy with it. My color seems like it’s holding up better than it has with a few other shampoos I’ve tried, and my hair feels clean without that dry, stripped feeling. I do think it’s a little pricey, which is mainly why I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it feels like a good choice for colored hair.

After I paid I got a little unsure and started wondering if everything would actually show up, but it ended up arriving quickly. The box was in good shape too, so overall it worked out fine.

I tried this hoping it would give my hair a bit more volume, and it does help some, especially on the first day. My hair definitely looked a little fuller, but it also felt kind of dry afterward, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected a bit more. Shipping was okay and the website was easy enough to use, but I didn’t love that there was basically no human contact at any point. Everything felt automated, and when you’re spending this much, it would be nice to feel like an actual person is available if you need help...

I had a decent experience overall. The products did what they were supposed to do, and the shipping was fine—nothing really to complain about there. I guess for me it comes down to whether the price feels worth it, and I’m not totally sure it does. It’s good stuff, but when I think about what I actually got, it felt a little pricey. Not a bad purchase, just one of those where you pause afterward and wonder if you’d choose it again.

I ordered a shampoo and styling cream from randco.com, and at first I thought they seemed nice. But that wore off fast. After just a few uses, the shampoo cap started getting loose, which was annoying every time I picked it up.

The styling cream was even more disappointing because it dried out way quicker than I expected, especially compared to other products I’ve used. For the price, I just kept noticing the problems more than anything I liked, and after a few weeks it felt like a letdown. I wouldn’t buy it again

I had an issue and reached out to customer service, and they got back to me really fast. Like, faster than I expected. They fixed the problem quickly too, so yeah, really appreciate the help!

I found what I was looking for without too much trouble, but checkout felt a little clunky on my phone. Maybe the mobile version just isn’t as polished or something, but it took a bit more tapping around than I expected.

I’ll admit, the R+Co packaging looks cool sitting on the shelf, but actually using it is another story. Some of the bottles are weirdly hard to squeeze, and the labels are such little jerks to read in the shower. It’s stylish, sure, but for everyday use it gets annoying fast. For the price, I expected way better than this fancy-looking nonsense

I do like that the ingredients don’t feel cheap or full of random weird stuff. The hair products seem more thought out than a lot of others I’ve tried, and they don’t feel too heavy, which is a big plus. At the same time, I’m not sure I’m totally blown away or anything, but I keep using them, so clearly they’re doing something right. Overall, happy with it.

After just a couple of washes, my roots felt heavy, greasy, and weighed down, even immediately after I had just washed and dried my hair. It was that weird feeling where your hair technically smells clean, but it feels like there’s a layer of product sitting on it. I kept thinking maybe it was my water or another product I was using, but once I stopped using this, the buildup made it obvious. I ended up having to wash my hair twice with a clarifying shampoo before it felt normal again. So unfortunately, this just wasn’t worth it for me.

I really wanted to like randco.com, but the pricing kind of turned me off. The products look nice, but for the size, it just felt a bit too expensive to me. By the time I got to checkout, the total was higher than I expected, and the whole thing started to feel like I was paying more for the brand name than the actual product. Maybe it works for some people, but the value just didn’t feel right to me.

The package showed up looking a little rough and scuffed, which annoyed me at first. But then I opened it and everything inside was totally safe, no leaks or anything, so I guess it did its job well. Not bad at all

I had a feeling this was going to help my hair, and after just two washes, I’m convinced. My hair feels smoother, and the frizz is definitely less noticeable. I keep checking it like, yep, this is exactly what I hoped would happen...

I tried it hoping for those really bouncy, shaped curls, and it sort of got me there, but not fully. Like, my hair looked better than if I used nothing, so that’s something, but I wouldn’t say the definition was super noticeable. Maybe it would work better with a different routine or on a less humid day, I don’t know. It was okay, just not amazing
